About
Hello, I'm Jane Turner
I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life's challenges.
Trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London (UKCP & BACP accredited), I also work with Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Reimprinting - gentle, effective methods that speed up the therapy process and bring about lasting change.
I am registered with the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP), so I practise psychotherapy responsibly, ethically and to the highest standards.
Most importantly, I provide a safe and empowering environment in which I support my clients to explore the purpose and meaning of their lives and to understand how the challenges they are facing are also opportunities for growth.
